How Eatsaf uses public municipal food-safety data — and what we do not claim.
Data ownership
Hygiene scores, inspection findings, and related records shown on Eatsaf are published by municipal authorities as public food-safety information. Eatsaf aggregates and organizes that information so it is easier to browse. We do not own, author, create, or certify the underlying inspection data.
Sources
Data is sourced from public food-safety inspection updates by Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) and Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation (MMC). Scores reflect municipal inspections, not taste reviews.
What the scores mean
A score is the municipal food-safety percentage from an inspection on the day the kitchen was checked. It is not a Zomato-style taste rating, not a recommendation to eat (or avoid) a place, and not a medical or health guarantee.
Accuracy and updates
Records may be incomplete, delayed, or outdated compared with the latest municipal publication. Kitchens change after inspections. Always treat the official municipal source as authoritative if there is any conflict with what you see here.
No affiliation
Eatsaf is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of CMC, MMC, or any other government body.
Corrections and disputes
For official corrections or disputes about an inspection result, contact the relevant municipal corporation through their published channels. Eatsaf cannot amend municipal records.
